The CEC has taken note of the reports on the funding of the electoral campaign for the elections of July 11, 2021, as of May 28

The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) has taken note of the reports on the funding of the electoral campaign for the parliamentary elections of July 11, 2020, as of May 28, including the information in the reports presented within 3 days of opening the account “Electoral Fund” of the following electoral competitors:

- Electoral Bloc of Communists and Socialists,

- Political Party “Joint Action Party-Civic Congress”,

- Electoral Bloc “RENATO USATII”,

- Political Party “Action and Solidarity Party”,

- Political Party “Sor”,

- Democratic Party of Moldova.

In this context, the CEC requested from the Professionals' Movement “Hope-Надежда” to provide within 24 hours a report on the funding of the election campaign, as of May 28, 2021, or, where appropriate, to inform the Commission about the non-receipt of revenues and the absence of expenditures for the reporting period, or about the fact that it will not open a bank account called “Election Fund”.

In accordance with the law, the electoral competitors submit reports on the funding of the electoral campaign every week, on Friday.
