The Central Electoral Commission announces that tomorrow, June 10, 2021, is the last day of submitting declaration on the new place of residence.

To be able to vote at another polling station than according to the valid domicile or residence, the voter shall submit a declaration of residence with the local public authority of the locality where they wish to vote.

This procedure allows voters to be registered in the main voters list of the polling station according to the declared new place of residence and to be able to exercise their right to vote at the polling stations in question.

When submitting the declaration, voters shall present their identity documents in the original for confirmation.

The declaration submitted at the previous elections are no longer valid.

2 days are left for the submission of documents to register candidates for the position of MP in Republic of Moldova

The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) reminds that June 11, 2021, is the last day for submitting documents to register candidates in the early parliamentary elections of July 11, 2021.

The applicant’s files can be submitted until tomorrow, June 11, 4 p.m. In case  two or more competitors submit the files for registration on this day at 5 p.m., the CEC shall convene to draw lots and to establish the preliminary order of registration of the potential candidates in the ballot paper.

For the early parliamentary elections of July 11, 2021, the CEC has registered 17 electoral competitors and two more files are being examined.
