On 15 November 2020, during the second round of presidential election, students and pupils can vote either:

  • by showing up, on Election Day, at the polling station according to their place of domicile or residence as per their ID. Where a voting student or pupils has both a place of domicile and a place of residence, they shall vote at the polling station referring to their place of residence; or
  • by coming to the precinct electoral bureau at their place of domicile or residence to get an certificate with the right to vote that will allow them to vote at any other national polling station. This option is available until 14 November this year, and the certificate with the right to vote shall be issued on presentation of one’s ID.

On Election Day, they will be on the supplementary list and will vote upon presentation of their Absentee Ballot which will remain with the precinct electoral bureau.

If voting students or pupils declared their new place of stay and were included on the basic list before the first round of presidential election in Moldova, on 15 November they will be able to vote at the same polling station.
