1st of October is the deadline for submitting the declarations on the place of staying

Central Electoral Commission reminds voters who want to vote at their place of staying on the day of the presidential election on 1^st of November 2020 that they can declare this new place until the 1^st of October inclusive.

To vote at a polling station other than the one corresponding to the valid domicile or residence, the voter should personally submit a staying declaration and a copy of the identity document to the local public administration authority of the locality where he/she wants to vote.

Under this procedure, the voter will be registered in the basic voters list of the polling station according to the declared place of staying, where the voter will be able to vote on the Election Day.

Note that declarations submitted for previous elections are no longer valid.
