The electoral bodies will be provided with personal protective equipment in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection during the early parliamentary elections of July 11, 2021

To prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection during the Early Parliamentary Elections of July 11, 2021, the lower electoral bodies will be provided with personal protective equipment. It will be provided by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection and will include masks and protective coveralls, gloves, visors and disinfectants and will be intended for both members of the electoral offices and voters who will come to the polls on the election day.

A decision in this regard was made today by Central Electoral Commission, which determined that 200,300 gloves, 30,045 visors, 6,009 protective coveralls and 300,450 protective masks will be distributed to the electoral offices of the polling stations located in the country for both election officials and voters.

The items will be released by the Joint-Stock Company “SanFarm-Prim”, which has been designated as a pharmaceutical warehouse for free reception, as well as the free release of medicines and protective equipment, either donated or purchased, to the public health facilities according to the distribution of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection.
