Central Electoral Commission informs voters that certificates with the right to vote can also be requested for the second round of presidential election of 15 November 2020.
We remind that, under electoral law, people who, on Election Day, will not be in the location where they officially have permanent or temporary residence, can request the precinct electoral bureau that correspond to their residence to issue a certificate with the right to vote. This certificate will allow them to vote at any other polling station in Moldova on a supplementary voter list.
Certificate with the right to vote will be issued upon presentation of the citizen’s ID showing their permanent or temporary residence within the range of the given polling station.
