International observers

For the accreditation of interational observers shall be submitted the following documents:

a) An official letter, in original, from the institution requesting the accreditation;

b) The copy of valid passport of foreign citizen.

c) acccreditation form of the international observer, completed by every person nominated by the institution;

International organizations, governments of foreign states and non-governmental organizations from aboard shall submnit the request for the accreditation only after receiving an invitation from Central Electoral Commission directly or through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, upon the request of the Central Electoral Commission.

The representatives of international organizations, foreign countries’ governments and non-governmental organizations from abroad may register at the Central Electoral Commission, if needed, interpreters, who will assist the accredited international observers during the period of their activity.

The deadline for lodging the applications for accreditation as observers is 7 days before the Elections Day.
